Automated email and LinkedIn outreach for UK B2B firms
Qualified sales meetings, booked into your calendar.
Pipenorth runs your outbound for you. We find the right decision-makers, run cold email from our own domains alongside LinkedIn outreach, handle every reply and book meetings with prospects who fit. You pay the meeting fee only when a meeting actually happens.
- Pilot £750/month + £150 per held meeting
- Rolling monthly, no long contract
- Your main domain never used for outreach
The problem
Most good B2B firms don't have a pipeline problem until they do.
Word of mouth builds a business. It rarely builds a predictable one.
Referrals are lumpy
Great clients come through recommendations, but you can't plan a quarter around them. When they slow down, there's nothing behind them.
Nobody has time to prospect
The people who could sell are busy running the work. Outbound is always next week's job.
The tools move fast
Automation and AI have changed how outbound is done, but learning, buying and wiring up the tools is a job in itself. We bring them, and run them for you.
Most UK firms aren't using AI yet. In September 2026, 3 in 10 UK businesses reported using at least one AI technology. You don't need to become an expert to benefit; that's our job.

Four steps from first call to booked meetings.
You decide who we contact and approve what we say. We do the work.
Agree who you want to meet
On a short call we pin down your ideal client: sector, size, location and the roles that buy what you sell. We also agree exactly what counts as a qualified meeting.
Set up and warm up
We register separate sending domains and inboxes and warm them up for 2 to 3 weeks. Meanwhile we build your prospect list and write the emails and LinkedIn messages for your sign-off.
Run the outreach
Automated, multi-step email sequences go to the decision-makers on your list. For LinkedIn, we give you a weekly list of who to connect with, ready-written messages and posts to send from your own profile.
Handle replies and book meetings
We answer replies, deal with questions and opt-outs, and book interested prospects into your calendar with a short brief on each. You run the meeting.
What's included
Email, LinkedIn and the people to run them.
One monthly fee covers the setup, the tools and the work. No software for you to buy.
Automated cold email
Researched lists, verified business emails and short, plain multi-step sequences, sent from warmed-up domains we own and monitor.
LinkedIn outreach
A weekly list of who to connect with and ready-to-send notes for your own profile, timed alongside the emails. No automation tools, no account sharing.
LinkedIn content
A few short posts a month, drafted for you to approve and publish, so your profile backs up the outreach when prospects look you up.
- Targeting and list building. Decision-makers matched to your ideal client, at limited companies and LLPs.
- Sending domains and inboxes. Registered, configured and warmed up by us.

- Reply handling. We manage the inbox, answer questions and qualify interest.
- Meeting booking. Booked straight into your calendar, with a short brief on each prospect.
- Compliance basics. Clear identification, an easy opt-out in every email and a suppression list we honour.
- Weekly update. What went out, who replied and which meetings are booked.
- Direct access to Joe. You deal with the person doing the work.
Who we work with
Built for UK B2B firms that sell on relationships.
We focus on three sectors where a single new client is worth a lot and where most firms still win work the traditional way. If you're in a similar B2B business, get in touch anyway.

- Setup, sending domains, inboxes and warm-up
- Prospect lists, copy, automated email sequences
- LinkedIn messages and posts drafted for you to send
- Reply handling, meeting booking and weekly updates
- Rolling monthly. No long contract.
What counts as a held meeting
You pay £150 only when all of these are true:
- The meeting actually takes place, by video, phone or in person.
- The person attending is a decision-maker in a role we agreed with you.
- Their business matches the target profile we agreed: sector, size and location.
- They weren't already a client or an open opportunity of yours.
Not charged: no-shows, cancellations, meetings that haven't happened yet, and anyone outside the agreed profile. If you think a meeting didn't qualify, tell us and we'll talk it through. If it doesn't meet the criteria, there's no charge.
Why Pipenorth
Run by someone who has carried a quota.
I'm Joe Williams, the founder of Pipenorth, based in Woking, Surrey. I've spent more than 12 years in B2B tech sales, including as an Account Executive at HubSpot. I know what a good first meeting looks like, and how modern sales tools can find and book them.
Pipenorth is a new business, and I'll be straight about that: there are no case studies on this page because I'm taking on my first clients now. What you get is a small, focused service, run by me, with pricing that means I only do well when you get meetings that actually happen.
FAQ
Straight answers.
Is cold email legal in the UK?
Yes, with rules. Under PECR you can send B2B marketing emails without prior consent to corporate subscribers: limited companies, LLPs, Scottish partnerships and public bodies. Sole traders and other partnerships are treated like individuals, so we leave them out.
UK GDPR still applies, because a named business email is personal data. We rely on legitimate interests, contact only people whose role makes the message relevant, say clearly who we are, include an easy opt-out in every email and honour it straight away. Our privacy notice has the detail.
Which domains do you send from?
Our own. We register and manage separate sending domains and inboxes for your campaign, so your main company domain and day-to-day email are never used for cold outreach. If deliverability ever suffered, the domain your clients and staff rely on would not be affected.
How long until the first meetings?
Honestly, a few weeks. New sending inboxes need 2 to 3 weeks of warm-up before they can send at a sensible volume. We use that time to build your list and get the copy approved, so sending starts as soon as warm-up is done.
After that, results depend on your market, your offer and prospects' diaries. We won't promise a number of meetings, which is why most of what you pay is tied to meetings that actually happen.
How do you use LinkedIn?
Within LinkedIn's rules. LinkedIn's User Agreement bans bots and automated messaging, and doesn't allow you to share your account with anyone else. So we don't use LinkedIn automation tools and we never log in as you. Each week we give you a short list of prospects to connect with, plus ready-to-send notes and follow-ups, and we draft a few short posts for you to approve. Sending them from your own profile takes a few minutes a day.
What's automated, and what isn't?
The email side is automated: sequences, follow-ups, scheduling and bounce handling run on dedicated sending software, and AI-assisted research helps us personalise at scale. LinkedIn is not automated. A person writes and checks the copy, reads every reply and books every meeting. You don't need to learn or buy any AI tools.
Do I need to do anything?
Not much: one call to agree the targeting, sign-off on the copy, a calendar we can book into, and turning up to the meetings. If you want the LinkedIn side, allow a few minutes a day to send the messages we prepare.
What are the contract terms?
Rolling monthly, with no long contract. The monthly fee covers the work for that month, and held meetings are billed on top at £150 each. You can stop at the end of any month. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
